Injection molding is carried out at LD PLAST S.r.l., a company established in 2001 as a natural production extension of De Franceschi S.A.S., representing the final stage of a fully integrated vertical process.
This close collaboration between the mechanical workshop and the molding department allows us to maintain unique control over the quality of the final product, resolving any technical issues directly at the source.
To accelerate our clients’ time-to-market, we offer an exclusive Professional Rapid Prototyping service (3D printing), using the same technical polymers employed in final production (PP, PC, ABS, PA, etc.), allowing validation not only of the geometry but also of the mechanical and thermal properties of the part.
