The mechanical workshop represents the core of our operations, built on over fifty years of specialization in precision engineering.

Our mission is to combine the reliability of a solid manufacturing tradition with the continuous evolution of our production processes.

We design and manufacture complex tooling for injection molding and extrusion, ensuring the highest quality standards.

Our Machinery and Technologies

Design and CAD/CAM: SolidWorks and Mastercam
Milling Machines: 4 CNC machining centers (HARTFORD and DOOSAN) with maximum working capacity of 1270 × 650 mm and spindle speeds up to 60,000 rpm
Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM): 1 wire EDM (EXCETEK) and 2 sinker EDM machines (CHARMILLES)
Lathes: 1 CNC lathe (HARDINGE) and 2 conventional lathes with a maximum turning diameter of 700 mm
Micro Drilling Machine: SC 350
Grinding: 1 surface grinding machine (ROSA)
Drilling Machines: 1 radial drill and 1 column drill
