The extrusion department of De Franceschi S.A.S. was established to offer our clients not only mechanically finished tooling, but also solutions that are fully tested and optimized for production.
One of our key strengths lies in our ability to intervene in real time on dies and calibration and cooling lines, eliminating downtime between testing and full-scale production.
We process a wide range of plastic polymers, with a particular focus on recycled and second-life plastics, for which we have refined the design of our tooling.
Thanks to our three complete extrusion lines, we also offer the possibility to move directly from design to full-scale production of our clients’ profiles.
